Terms of Service

Viota Space is a local-first listings platform that puts Tanzanian property — land, homes, rentals, stays and commercial space — on one map. We are not a broker or estate agent. We don’t value property, hold deposits, or take commission on deals. We connect the people posting with the people searching; the deal itself is between you and the other party.

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 16, give accurate information, and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for everything done under your account.

You may only post property you own or are authorised to represent. Listings must be accurate — real photos, a correct price, and a pin in the right place. You keep ownership of what you post but grant us a licence to display and distribute it within Viota. We may edit, hide, or remove any listing that breaks these terms.

Publishing requires verification. You agree to submit genuine identity and (for businesses) registration documents, and that we may approve, request more information, or reject an application. Verified and premium tiers are privileges, not rights — we may change or revoke a tier where the rules are broken.

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings
• Solicit deposits or payments off-platform before any property is seen
• Harass other users or send spam inquiries
• Scrape, copy, or resell our data, or interfere with the service
• Use Viota for anything illegal under Tanzanian law

We run automated and human checks for fraud and abuse, and apply publishing rate limits. Reported listings may be hidden pending review.

Viota is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep listings genuine, but we don’t guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of any property, nor the conduct of any user. Do your own due diligence before money changes hands.

To the extent the law allows, IRENTE INVESTMENT LTD is not liable for losses arising from deals made through Viota, from another user’s conduct, or from interruptions to the service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — including a permanent ban for confirmed fraud.

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be signalled in the app; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
